Windsurf
Windsurfing is an activity that has evolved tremendously over the years, becoming more accessible to anyone wishing to experience the thrill of gliding on water thanks to custom-made technical equipment and our up-to-date teaching methods. Windsurfing consists of moving across the water on a board thanks primarily to the determined propulsive action of the wind on a small sail intended to act only as a complementary element to the overall thrust. The sail is mounted on a mast attached to the board by means of a universal joint called a "mast foot" and is supported and controlled by the sailor (or windsurfer, semi-italianized into "windsurfer" or more simply "surfer") with the sole aid of a special boom.
How does windsurfing help us?
Windsurfing as a sport helps us exercise concentration and get in touch with ourselves and the natural elements around us.
